Students and teachers choose from a large, built-in bank of word lists, or they may also customize the program by creating their own word lists and sentences. They then click on the appropriate letters in a line of other randomly selected letters in order to "track" the word they just saw and heard, one letter at a time. The clearly-spoken audio recordings may be replayed as many times as necessary. Once students have tracked a word, they reinforce the correct spelling by typing the word which will complete a sentence displayed on the screen. Finally, after working with five words, students further practice their spelling skills by listening to and then typing each word.
